Dayton School District•Bond Program Update
Last week, Triplett Wellman Contractors, the CMGC (Construction Manager/General Contractor) for the Dayton School District Bond Project, led subcontractors through Dayton Jr/Sr High School on a pre-bid walk. Allowing potential bidders to investigate the pre-existing conditions of the site. In turn, this provided information to formulate an accurate estimate and minimize unforeseen challenges during the construction phase. Holding pre-bid walks helps the district obtain more competitive bids, maximizing value for the community.
