Narcissa Bartley

Narci grew up on the Washington coast in a very small town of only 5,000 people, but fell in love with the Willamette Valley when she attended summer camps at OSU throughout her undergrad years. After high school, she worked on the Quality Assurance team in a cannery in Alaska for two summers, then on the QA team for Simplot in Hermiston, Oregon to help pay for her college degree in Interior Design. Narci joined the firm while in her last term at OSU in 2014 and has over 8.5 years of professional experience. She received her NCIDQ certificate in 2018 and is a proud member of IIDA. She excels at incorporating clients’ visions and design expectations to coincide with their goals, budgets, and timelines across a wide variety of projects. Her experience and creativity always offer a fresh outlook to our designs. She utilizes 3D computer models and renderings to bring designs to life and is a valuable part of the firm’s design process. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two little boys. When it permits, she loves to travel with her family and spend time creating memories.
