Oak Grove Industrial Park Building 1
The first building constructed as part of an industrial campus, Building 1 is an 18,400 SF shell designed with the flexibility to support a wide range of uses, and the flexibility to be divided into numerous tenant spaces. In addition to loading docks, the building façade has an array of overhead doors that can easily be removed and replaced with storefront windows. The building was also designed with adequate height to add a second floor or mezzanine, and there are concrete knock-out panels that can be replaced with windows to provide daylighting to a second floor. Metal canopies were added to create a sense of scale, while the concrete tilt-up wall panels were designed with sections of board-formed concrete to add interest to the façade.
