This project included a 2,760 SF showroom addition to an existing 17,335 SF car dealership, with an interior remodel and added fire sprinkler system. Completed in 2022, this project featured a unique design challenge to expand the footprint, implement the dual-brand image standards, and forfeit a significant amount of frontage as the state re-constructs the highway. It was a pleasure to complete another project with Lithia, Uhl Construction, and Tally CM.
