Working closely with Dayton School District and HMK Company, this project added 3,650 SF to the existing CTE building, as well as re-worked the site for additional program space. New programs included automotive repair, hydroponics labs and trailer, and new greenhouse space. A storefront space was also added to provide a retail space for their annual plant sale and other CTE events. Creating durable spaces that are also budget sensitive was key for this project, and the end result allowed for key learning space and greater program flexibility and accessibility.
