Straight From New York Pizza

Complete interior and exterior renovation of a 1,500 sq. ft., 1940s era, wood frame building originally built as a service station. Over the years the property was used as a car rental agency, antique store, and gift shop. The project involved demolition of all existing interior construction; removing and re-framing two exterior walls; re-roofing entire building; and installing new brick veneer on three sides. The interior was completely redesigned to meet aesthetic and functional requirements to create a retro, inner city looking building. Site improvements included rebuilding and reconfiguring existing parking areas, addition of an outdoor dining patio and installing landscaping.
