Located south of Pittsburg, PA, this project was a remodel of an existing Cadillac dealership. Completed in 2021, the project featured a 38,385-SF building addition, doubling the number of service bays and providing a new service reception drive. The previous service reception drive was remodeled into a new, large customer lounge with a coffee bar and kids’ area. Extensive sitework was needed to relocate utilities and expand the parking and display areas, but the end result was a project that maximized the use of the site and provided the greatest opportunity for the facility to be successful.
