The goal of Carlson Veit Junge Architects is to meet our client’s needs through excellence in design, to design high quality projects within budgetary limitations, and continual improvement of our services and quality of our documents.

History

Our company is a continuation of an architectural firm originally established in 1951. Chris Veit is a third generation architect with the firm and established Carlson Veit Architects PC in 1988 with Craig Carlson, while Mike Junge represents the fourth generation practicing with the firm.  Carlson Veit Junge staff have many years of experience designing pleasing and functional buildings within established budgets and schedules, and possess a solid reputation for design and technical capabilities. We are experienced in many building types ranging from rehabilitation and addition projects to multi-million dollar recreational, industrial, commercial, education, institutional, medical, dental, and religious facilities.  In addition to new building design, renovation and remodeling projects have been a consistent part of our workload. Numerous projects for public and private clients have involved complete building makeovers as well as interior renovations. Project challenges include seismic and other upgrades designed to meet new codes, ADA compliance, and construction phasing within occupied spaces. We have developed the staff depth and technical capabilities necessary to provide complete design services for the most demanding projects.

Carlson Veit Junge subscribes fully to the Standards of Ethical Practice of The American Institute of Architects. We welcome the opportunity to team with owners, tenants, and contractors in new construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.
